Tri-Valley was untouchable in MVL play for six years; last week Sheridan finally slayed the giant. In need of a win to keep their playoff hopes alive, the Generals stunned the Dawgs 42-24 to snap their record 47-game MVL win streak. Senior QB Dylan Dupler accounted for 355 yards of total offense to go with 5 TD’s as the Red Rage offensive line took over the game. With the win, Sheridan (6-2, 5-1 MVL) sits tied for second in the league standings with Tri-Valley (7-1, 5-1). Philo remains the MVL leader at 6-0.
